We believe that a healthy life is achievable and sustainable. Lifestyle medicine is a comprehensive approach that seeks not only to treat, but also to help prevent and support the management of chronic diseases, promoting optimal health at all stages of life.
We use evidence-based health interventions that include effective and sustainable behavioral strategies. Our team works on different aspects of life, such as nutrition, sleep quality, stress management, social connections, sexual health and fertility, and physical activity. Additionally, we promote minimizing the use of harmful substances and exposure to harmful environmental factors.
We believe that health goes far beyond aesthetics. We transmit these values in all stages of LM monitoring at Corradi Medicine, caring for habits and well-being at every step.

No. The approach is focused on prevention and on caring for health at every stage of life. It is indicated for anyone who wants to organize habits and reduce risks, always within an individual medical assessment.

No. Lifestyle Medicine complements your care and does not replace any prescribed medical treatment. Your physician guides the best approach for your case.
Care is led by Dr. Guilherme Corradi, a Sports Medicine physician with a specialist title (RQE 62929) and trained in Lifestyle Medicine by the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization (ELMO), supported by a multidisciplinary team.
In Brazil, the title “specialist” follows a clear rule: it can only be used by physicians who hold an RQE (Registro de Qualificação de Especialidade), issued by the Regional Council of Medicine after officially recognized training. This exists to protect you, the patient.
My specialist title is in Sports Medicine, with an active registration: RQE 62929. Before choosing any physician, check that they hold an RQE in the area they advertise — the lookup is public and can be done on your state CRM website.
Lifestyle Medicine, in turn, is not yet a recognized medical specialty in Brazil — it is a field of practice and complementary training. In my case, I am certified by ELMO (European Lifestyle Medicine Organization), in Belgium, and I apply this approach within my practice as a Sports Medicine physician. Transparency is also medicine: you deserve to know exactly who is caring for your health.
